Trip to dene park saturday to see if i could manage to see a purple emperor,quick wander around and looking in tops of tree had a single floating high up so i was chuff to bits,what happen in the next 30 mins was unbelievable,a call from mick hook to get to the carpark so i legged it and ran straight past him lucky for me mike saw me quick quick and there he was a male PURPLE EMPEROR on dog poo,i thought people was taking the mickey when they said they like poo,the next 20 mins was superb only a few cms away
