With most people from the valley going to wales the last week meant i was kind of home alone,i started off in the valley banging away at the swifts and martin
then this peach of a cettis warbler
then we had breaking news of a baillons crake at oare marshes,so i had to rush up there after work and hope it was still there and at quarter to nine it called tick number 298,and the following week a blyths reed warbler turn up at dungerness tick number 299,so what could be number 300 well a call from a friend put me in touch with a golden oriole,at a undisclosed site so sorry everyone yesterday that asked me but no can do
